SIAR Scenography

Mexico City • 2021

In Mexico City, we designed a plant scenography for the Salón Internacional Alta Relojería (SIAR) 2017, an international fine-watchmaking show. The challenge was to create a warm, non-corporate environment within a prestigious event, over a short timeframe and with demanding logistics. Our solution is a vertical decor in preserved forest moss, maintenance-free, that needs neither water nor light and keeps a perfect look throughout the show. The dense, textured composition also incorporates a sound atmosphere, to stimulate several senses and heighten the immersion. This plant scenography dresses the stands with a strong natural presence, softens the acoustics and creates a biophilic atmosphere conducive to conversation. In Mexico City, this custom event plant decor turns a watchmaking show into a sensory experience that sets the brand apart and leaves a lasting mark on visitors.
