Private Villa Green Wall

In Brussels, VG.TAL3Design designed a living green wall for a private villa, measuring 2.2 metres high by 1 metre long. The challenge: to green the interior with no direct contact with the structure, in order to protect the existing wall and ensure perfect ventilation behind the system. Our workshop developed a free-standing stainless-steel structure, in a specific light-grey finish to match the venue's decor, independent of the wall and with a built-in closed-circuit automatic irrigation system. The living species were chosen for their air-purifying qualities and their suitability to indoor light, creating a lush, purifying ecosystem. This living green wall improves air quality, regulates humidity and brings a soothing natural presence to the heart of the villa. This project illustrates VG.TAL3Design's expertise in bespoke living green walls, with free-standing structure and integrated irrigation, for exceptional residential interiors, in Brussels and across Europe.
