Staircase Green Wall

Bruxelles • 2019

In Brussels, we designed and installed a preserved green wall for the staircase of the Puressentiel company showroom. The challenge was to dress a complex vertical volume, along a stairwell, with no watering or maintenance constraint and in keeping with the brand's natural world. Our solution relies on preserved plants, natural and maintenance-free, that need neither water nor light and keep their freshness for years. The composition blends flat mosses, ball mosses and preserved foliage to create a dense plant ribbon that follows the rise of the steps. This green wall enlivens the staircase, improves acoustic comfort and creates a soothing biophilic atmosphere in line with the Puressentiel identity. With its natural, lasting design, it becomes a strong visual landmark along the showroom journey. In Brussels, this custom preserved green wall enhances the brand's image and leaves a lasting impression on visitors, free of any maintenance.
