Villa Botanical Mural

Bordeaux • 2019

In Bordeaux, we designed a plant fresco for a private villa, conceived as a natural, timeless wall artwork. The challenge was to bring a decorative plant presence into a refined interior, with no watering or maintenance constraint. Our solution relies on preserved plants, natural and maintenance-free, that need neither water nor light and keep their freshness for years. The composition blends flat mosses, ball mosses and preserved foliage to create a dense, refined plant backdrop. Standing 1 metre high and 2 metres long, this plant fresco elegantly dresses the wall, improves the acoustic comfort of the room and creates a soothing biophilic atmosphere. With its natural, lasting design, it fits into every interior style. In Bordeaux, this custom preserved green wall becomes a natural focal point that lastingly enhances the home and makes a lasting impression with no maintenance at all.
