In Dublin, VG.TAL3Design designed and installed a bespoke preserved plant fresco to dress a corridor. The challenge: to bring life to a narrow, often dimly lit passageway where no living plant could thrive and where maintenance would be impractical. Our workshop composed a moss painting blending forest mosses, lichens and preserved foliage, assembled to create a generous relief and a palette of vibrant greens along the full length of the wall. The play of textures and depth turns a plain corridor into an immersive plant journey. Being preserved, these plants need no water, light or irrigation and keep their vibrancy for years with zero maintenance, the perfect answer for a dark, hard-to-reach space. This project illustrates VG.TAL3Design's expertise in bespoke preserved plant frescoes and moss paintings to enhance circulation areas and constrained spaces, in Dublin and across Europe.
