Preserved Shrubs

Lyon • 2024

In Lyon, VG.TAL3Design introduced carefully placed preserved shrubs to structure and enrich an interior fit-out. The goal: to bring a refined, timeless plant presence to reception spaces, with no watering or maintenance constraints. Set beside the sofas in lounge areas or showcased in a large entrance hall, these shrubs create natural breathing points and gently define the zones. Our workshop selected specimens with dense, preserved foliage, whose volumes and green tones match the venue's architecture. Being preserved, these plants need no water, light or pruning and keep their vibrancy for years with no maintenance at all, a major asset for a busy professional space. This project illustrates VG.TAL3Design's expertise in bespoke preserved shrubs and plant specimens for lobbies, lounges and reception areas, in Lyon and across France.
